Put the Imperial Pils into secondary today. Bright orange, really flavorful and really boozy. Should have expected that since I followed Sam’s recipe. It actually tastes quite a bit like DFH’s Imperial Pils.
1.034 FG means I didn’t add enough water into the fermenter for primary. No biggie – I can do that whenever and will probably just do it when it’s time to bottle.
The color is gorgeous and if it clarifies just a bit more, it’ll look beautiful.
